Who is responsible

DConext is responsible for the data of Strategy Casino AI (the Android app and this website). For any privacy question or request, write to michelgomez84@gmail.com.

What we store

• Your email, country, account status and sign-in dates.
• Your password only as a secure one-way hash; it is never exported or shown.
• Your age declaration: your confirmation that you are of legal age and your country (taken from your device's region), used to apply the legal age and availability. Accounts created before 4 November 2026 also keep the date of birth declared then.
• Your fictitious-credit balance and its movements. Credits have no monetary value.
• Your game rounds, strategies, simulations, limits and breaks.
• Your Premium status: plan, store, and renewal and expiry dates. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Security records such as sessions (with the app's name and version) and audit events. Your IP address is used only to slow down abusive traffic and is not stored.

Why we use it

• To provide the service you ask for: your account, the games, the strategy lab, the AI coach and Premium (performance of the contract).
• To apply the legal age and the limits and breaks you set, and to keep the service secure (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions with legal effects, and we never sell it.

Who else receives it

Some of these providers process data outside your country, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

• Anthropic (AI provider): when you ask for an explanation, the server sends your strategy and its calculated statistics, without your email or other personal details. Only usage counts and costs are kept, not the text.
• Google Play and RevenueCat: process Premium purchases made in the app. RevenueCat receives a random account identifier and the store receipt, never your email.
• PayPal: processes Premium purchases made on this website. It receives a random account identifier; your payment details stay with PayPal.
• Brevo (email provider): sends the password reset emails you ask for. It receives your email address and the message.
• The hosting provider of our server, which stores the data on our behalf.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

On your phone

Your session is kept in the phone's secure storage. Copies of your history and strategies make the app faster and work offline; they are deleted when your session ends. Your balance, limits and account details are never stored on the phone. The app has no advertising and no third-party analytics.

How long we keep it

• Account data, game history, strategies and simulations: while your account exists. When you delete it, they are erased at once.
• Shared AI answers (with no user attached): 30 days.
• Technical records that prevent duplicate requests: 24 hours.
• Password reset links: they stop working after 30 minutes or once used, and are erased with the account.
• A record that an account was deleted, without your email: kept for security and to prove the deletion.
• Server backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.

Your rights

• Access and portability: download all your data as a file from the app's profile.
• Deletion: delete your account and all its data from the app's profile, or on the account-deletion page of this website.
• Correction, objection, restriction or any other request: write to michelgomez84@gmail.com from the email of your account. We answer within 30 days.
• You can also complain to the data-protection authority of your country.

Adults only

Strategy Casino AI is only for people of legal age in their country, and never under 18. We do not knowingly keep data of minors; if you think a minor has an account, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date, and tell you in the app when the change is important.
