A social casino with fictitious credits

• Strategy Casino AI is entertainment and learning. It is not real-money gambling.
• Credits are free and fictitious. They cannot be bought, withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value.
• Success in a social casino does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
• Results are decided by the server's random number generator under fixed, published rules. The AI coach explains the odds; it never decides or predicts results.

Legal age and availability

You must be of legal age in your country, and at least 18, to create an account. You may not use the service where social casino games are not allowed. We may refuse or close accounts that break this rule.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for what happens with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app's profile or on the account-deletion page of this website.

Premium subscription

• Premium is an optional subscription to more analysis: bigger and more frequent simulations, more saved strategies and more AI explanations. It never includes, sells or multiplies credits.
• Plans: monthly or annual. The store shows the price in your currency, with any taxes, before you pay.
• A free trial may be offered once per account. If you don't cancel before it ends, the paid period begins.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
• Cancel at any time: in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) for purchases in the app, or on this website's Premium page for PayPal purchases. Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play first.
• Refunds of app purchases follow Google Play's refund policy; for PayPal purchases, write to us. This does not limit the rights your consumer law gives you.

Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, automate play, or attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Strategies you publish to the community must not contain insults, personal data, advertising or illegal content. We may hide them and suspend accounts that break these rules.
• Do not offer to buy, sell or trade credits or accounts.

The service

• We may change, add or remove games and features, and limit use to keep the service fair and running.
• The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
